Information we collect
Account and membership information
- Information you provide when you create or use an account, such as your email address, username, login credentials, membership status, and subscription-related identifiers.
- Information you choose to store in your account or workspace.
Billing and transaction information
- Plan, subscription, checkout, invoice, and payment status information.
- Stripe customer, checkout, portal, and subscription references needed to manage billing and access.
- We do not store full payment card numbers on our WordPress server. Payment card processing is handled by Stripe.
Content you submit or create
- Prompts, form inputs, category selections, generation settings, and other instructions you submit through Create and related tools.
- Reference images, uploaded assets, optional base images, edits, generated images, unlocked assets, and library items associated with your account.
- Download history, favorites, and usage records needed to provide credits, access control, and account history.
Technical and usage information
- IP address, browser and device information, request logs, and security-related events.
- Cookie and session data used for sign-in, paid-access checks, favorites, team or invite flows, and service continuity.
How we use information
- To create and manage accounts, subscriptions, credits, billing, and downloads.
- To run image generation, editing, upscaling, storage, and delivery features.

RealStock uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember service state, confirm paid access, store favorites, support invite flows, and improve service reliability. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site may not function properly.
Third-party services and processing
We use third-party providers to operate parts of RealStock. Depending on the feature you use, your information may be processed by providers such as:
- Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, receipts, and billing-related workflows.
- Kie.ai and other image-generation providers we enable for Create and related generation features.
- Replicate and related image-processing providers for tools such as editing, inpainting, background removal, or upscaling when those features are used.
- Cloudflare R2, CDN, storage, hosting, and infrastructure providers for file storage, image delivery, security, and uptime.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the service, process transactions, protect the service, enforce our terms, or comply with law.
International processing
RealStock is operated from Japan, but some service providers may process or store information in other countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate RealStock, maintain your account, provide purchased services, keep business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
