Who operates RealStock?

RealStock is operated by Qwe Co., Ltd. (Japan). All services, billing, and operations are provided from Japan.

The service is designed primarily for English-language users.

Which countries are supported for purchases?

Supported countries are: US, CA, AU, NZ, SG, JP, and HK.

Purchases from other countries may be blocked or refused to reduce compliance and dispute risks.

What is included in each plan?

Browsing (no subscription required)

  • You can browse and preview the library.
  • Downloading full-quality 4K files requires an active subscription.

Pro

  • 30 credits / month (credits reset monthly)
  • 4K download uses 2 credits per file
  • Commercial use for one brand (or one client)
  • No attribution required

Studio

  • 150 credits / month (credits reset monthly)
  • 4K download uses 2 credits per file
  • Up to 5 team members (internal)
  • Commercial use for your organization
  • No attribution required

Enterprise

  • 600 credits / month (credits reset monthly)
  • 4K download uses 2 credits per file
  • Up to 20 team members (internal)
  • Use across multiple in-house brands
  • No attribution required

AI Image Editor (Coming Soon)

  • The AI Image Editor will be unlocked later and will consume credits.
  • Credit cost and availability may change during the early phase.

All plans are subject to the Terms of Use and license restrictions.

How do credits work?
  • Credits are added to your account every month while your subscription is active.
  • Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Each 4K download costs 2 credits.
  • If you run out of credits, you can wait for the next monthly reset or change your plan (if available).

We may adjust credit rules or costs to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes. Commercial use is allowed on active paid plans within the scope of your license:

  • Pro: one brand (or one client)
  • Studio / Enterprise: your organization (internal use, multiple in-house brands)

Use outside your license scope (e.g., reselling, redistribution, or external client delivery where prohibited) is not allowed.

Do I need to credit RealStock?

No. Attribution is not required for paid plans unless explicitly stated in the Terms.

Can I resell or redistribute the assets?

No. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution where the asset itself is the main value is not allowed.

This includes stock libraries, template packs, sticker sets, or any product where the images are simply re-packaged and sold.

Can I register a logo or trademark using the images?

No. Creating or registering a logo, trademark, or service mark directly from the assets is prohibited.

You may use the images in marketing materials, websites, social media, and ads, but not as your core trademark or logo design.

Are AI or machine-learning training uses allowed?

Not by default. Training AI or ML models on the assets requires prior written consent from RealStock.

Do the images have model or property releases?

The content features an AI-generated model (Elis). There is no real human model, so traditional model releases do not apply.

However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws, advertising standards, and platform rules.

Which currency is charged?

Prices are shown in USD. Stripe processes payments and converts them into your card’s currency when applicable.

Can I get invoices or receipts?

Stripe automatically emails a receipt after each successful payment. Please use the Stripe receipt and your card statement for accounting.

We do not provide custom invoicing or individual billing support.

How do subscriptions and cancellation work?

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your choice).

Credits are added monthly during an active subscription and reset monthly (unused credits do not roll over).

You can cancel anytime from the billing / customer portal (if provided) or the cancellation method shown in your payment confirmation. Access remains available until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, refunds are generally not available once a subscription or purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law.

What is the governing law and jurisdiction?

These services and licenses are governed by the laws of Japan. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.

How can I contact RealStock?

RealStock is self-serve only. We do not provide general customer support or accept inquiries as a standard service.

For billing matters, please rely on your Stripe receipt, card statement, and the billing / customer portal (if provided).

If operator details are legally required prior to purchase, they are provided upon request via the method described in the Terms of Use.
